If we become aware of potential design defects or other special circumstances, and after a thorough investigation we confirm the issue, Arbrest will communicate with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and register the product information on their official website https://www.cpsc.gov. We will then proceed with a comprehensive product recall and provide you with a free replacement or refund.
